The story between the US brand Skip Hop and Fulikai dates back a long way. Back in 2012, prior to our first order, the client had already partnered for years with a well-influential factory in Dongguan, China. At that time, the client designed a foldable bath puzzle toy. The client's design featured a foldable bath puzzle toy. Their original supplier struggled to meet the technical requirements: one side required screen printing, the other heat-transfer printing, with double-side lamination to achieve precise fitting, which posed great technical challenges. Besides, the foldable packaging demanded elaborate structural design.

The original supplier was unable to deliver and had to turn down the lucrative opportunity. The client searched across China for qualified manufacturers, conducted multiple sampling trials for nearly half a year, yet all attempts ended in failure.

When the client reached out to us for an inquiry, our sales team hesitated for a moment, as it was our first time handling such a complex product. Given the sophisticated craftsmanship and tight delivery schedule, we dared not make a hasty commitment, so we consulted our R&D department.

After reviewing the design drawings, the R&D manager promised to finish sampling within one week. Through round-the-clock research, debugging and optimization, we completed the sample design three days ahead of schedule.

Upon receiving the samples, the brand's CEO flew over from the US immediately. He was utterly astonished at finding the ideal supplier after a long search, and kept wondering how we managed to deliver high-quality samples in such a short timeframe.

During his factory visit, our R&D team explained our design concepts and technical solutions derived from the drawings. The CEO was deeply impressed by our R&D and design capabilities. Though our factory scale was not among the industry leaders back then, our technical strength surpassed peers, and he placed an order with us right away.

Later on, the client placed additional orders for multiple other products.

Out of full trust in our factory strength and corporate culture, the client even entrusted us with the domestic procurement and packaging shipment of vinyl products, which were not our core strengths. We have maintained close cooperation ever since.
