At the initial stage, a Zhejiang trading company contacted us with only conceptual ideas, entrusting us with full design and sample development. The product required highly complex craftsmanship, including single-color screen printing, partial heat-transfer printing and double-sided stitching. Due to complicated procedures and high technical requirements, our quotation was reasonably higher.

With sufficient time in hand, the client chose to compare manufacturers nationwide for nearly half a year, using our sample as the quality standard. However, few factories mastered precise partial heat-transfer technology, and no supplier could replicate the same qualified effect.

As the event approached, only 25 days were left for production. Facing tight deadlines and no available suppliers, the client returned to Fulikai and offered a price premium to urgently produce 80,000 pieces.

Completing mass production with strict quality standards within 25 days was extremely challenging. To meet the client’s urgent demand, we recruited temporary workers and implemented 24-hour two-shift non-stop production.
