When Ice Age III became a global blockbuster, a brand client contacted us for customized promotional slippers with an order quantity of only 500 pairs. While our standard MOQ is 1,000 pairs, we uphold the principle of customer first and service foremost. We specially accepted this high-standard, low-margin order. From order confirmation and production to final delivery, we fully catered to every requirement to deliver satisfactory products.

After completing the first order, the client did not place new orders for two consecutive years. Even so, we maintained steady follow-up communication and never abandoned potential cooperation opportunities.

Later, with the release of Ice Age IV, the client returned to us with a 1,000-pair trial order, fully recognizing our reliable quality from our first collaboration. We never compromised on quality or service, even for small-batch and low-profit orders. We successfully completed the trial order with consistent premium quality and dedicated service.

Subsequently, the client placed two additional bulk orders of 1,000 pairs each for Ice Age IV products. As the themed slippers gained great market popularity, a further 3,000-pair order was confirmed.
